There are enough mysteries of life - Your diagnosis (and how to live with it) shouldn’t be one of them. It’s frustrating to get negative or inconclusive test results over and over, to be dismissed because you don't fit the "normal" presentation of an illness, or because you're a woman, overweight, or a person of color.
I am passionate about working with patients who have been told, “It’s all in your head; Just try harder; We don’t know what’s wrong”, like those with chronic pain or rare diseases. Using my lived experience as a chronically ill and disabled therapist, I can help you through the journey of your own diagnosis and find ways to navigate the daily challenges you face as a disabled, chronically ill, or un-diagnosed person.
With my wide areas of working experience in different levels of psychiatric and medical care, professional training, and personal lived experience, I can help you develop personalized strategies for addressing your specific concerns. My ultimate goal for each session is for you to feel truly seen and understood, and have a plan for moving forward with your life.

If there was a manual on how to be a successful human, you would’ve bought it already.
Yeah, I see you, you gift-and-talented kid, probably burned-out, and definitely confused about how to navigate life (undiagnosed or diagnosed) neurodivergent person. You may feel too self-aware for therapy, or like you’ve done lots of work without seeing any results, or not even sure if you fit any diagnosis. It’s still possible to get the support you’ve been looking for.
Using my lived experience as a neurodivergent therapist, I can help you through the journey of your own diagnosis and find ways to navigate the daily challenges you face.

Are you tired of returning to using the same old tools or substances to cope without improvement? You want to take back control of your life from your addiction, whether it looks likes alcohol, drugs, sex/love, shopping, videogaming or binge eating.
It’s time you had a grounded, no-BS therapist to start you on your recovery journey. I hold dual licensure in both Mental Health and Addiction treatment and am passionate about treating both, especially when they intersect (therapist fact: that's called "Dual Diagnosis") and I find that they often do intersect. Utilizing my wide arsenal of therapy methods, we’ll develop personalized strategies for addressing your specific recovery concerns. My ultimate goal for each session is for you to feel truly seen and understood, and have a plan for moving forward with your life.

Mental Health Therapy
You’re tired of being told something like:
- "Nothing's wrong. You're fine,”
- "It's all in your head.”

I understand what it's like. Utilizing my professional training and experience across every level of care from long-term residential to inpatient, PHP, and IOP and private practice outpatient counseling, I want to support you in your healing journey, wherever you are. My ultimate goal for each session is for you to feel truly seen and understood, and have a plan for moving forward with your life.

As an adult first-generation immigrant bilingual child of Eastern European immigrant parents, I know that balancing two cultures can be both enriching and overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to navigate feelings of identity and belonging. Each culture brings its own rich perspectives and experiences, yet we often find that the struggles we face—such as navigating identity, belonging, and acceptance—are universal. In our work together, we’ll celebrate what makes your culture special while also connecting over the shared challenges that many of us face.
